So sore!

Due to the lockdown in the UK that is currently in place, I have been able to make my workout routine to 5 times a week which is awesome! When I would travel around I was always walking and I would also workout 3 times a week when this had happened and so my weekly routine was leaning more to cardio. I absolutely loveeeee strength training and so with this extra free time in the morning (since I don't need to travel) I have changed my routine to 2 upper body workouts, 2 lower body workouts and 1 HIIT or cardio routine.

I have to say that I am still so sore from my upper body kickboxing routine yesterday so I may have to just do a yoga routine tomorrow depending on how I feel. It's been a brilliant change for me and it defiantly helps to give me the energy that I need for the rest of the day in order to do my work :)
