Got back to it.

I've been allowing all this corona stuff really mess with my anxiety which also leads to some mild depression. I havent worked out in 2 weeks and though I've missed it I just could t make myself do it. Not even a small workout. I finally decided that enough was enough and did 2 workouts. I'm so glad I did. I think I allowed myself to forget what exercise does for my anxiety. It really does calm your nerves and your brain feels fantastic after a good workout.

I hope no one else is suffering. Exercise can and does help.
