Does anybody here work out with their partner or significant other? My boyfriend and I both are trying to be healthier this year. I've purchased the FB30 for myself and the Low Impact for him. I am not in shape by any means, but I am at a normal BMI while my bf is very overweight (obese). He thought the FB30 might be too difficult for him to start with, which is why he decided to go with the low-impact.
Does anyone else struggle with different goals or levels of workout intensity when working out with a partner? Do you have any solutions? Should I try to do both programs?
