Changed up my workout routine during quarantine

I hope everyone is doing well. Been following the typical FB schedule of two-three lower body, two upper body and core for nearly three years now. Now that I'm at home all day, decided to shake it up a bit. I break down my longer workouts into shorter two to three sessions throughout the day instead of doing one one hour session. Even though I'm doing the same workouts, I am much more sore this way!

Another thing is I'm doing "older" FB workouts, like this sandbag one. I don't have a sandbag so I just dump all my weights into a backpack instead: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/total-body-sandbag-training-for-fat-burning-strength-and-endurance-26-minute-sandbag-workout-video

I'm also trying workouts I wouldn't normally, like these balancing ones :https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/brutal-low-impact-workout-advanced-functional-strength-balance-and-core-workout

I'm also just trying to learn how to pistol squats (no weight needed!) and do handstands. This is a weird time, but I am very very thankful for fitness and the FB community for keeping me sane.

What about you guys and gals? Did you recently do a workout that challenged you in a different way?
