Possibly taking more if a break... unfortunately

I'm struggling.

I've been fighting off what I'm hoping is a cold since Friday. I only got in 2 workouts last week and I have a feeling this week isn't going to look any better.

I just spent like 30 mins playing with balloons and a soccer ball with my 3 year old and I'm beat.... I was going to try to do pilates this week to get back into the swing of things but that seems like a tall order.

I know I'm stressed about the state of the world, school, employment, and keeping my son entertained and learning while daycare is closed. Im not sleeping very well either.

Trying to give myself time to recoup but it is frustrating. I was doing so well at the beginning of the month.
