This is why I count...

I have been working out for 15 months now, but my weight (and bodyshape) has been plateauing for quite a while. I know this os because of nutrition. Up side: apparently I normally eat at maintenancelevel (with working out). I want to lose some bodyfat though. So yesterday I reinstalled 'Lifesum' and am counting calories again. I am going to do this for a month and see where that takes me.

Now, the reason I do this, is because I make better choices this way. Today, after lunch, I felt I could eat something more. Instead of going for a sandwhich with unhealthy spread, I sliced a banana, heated it up a little and sprinkled it with cinnamon. A much cleaner choice, and it hit the spot..

Hoping to see some awesome results in 4 weeks. Finishing Abs r1 this week and plan on doing a flex/booty combo next.
