I've been working out with FB about 9 months, but started using their programs in September. I felt like I was getting stronger, but wasn't seeing much success on the scale because I hadn't really cleaned up my eating.
In January, I did FB Sweat and completed a Whole 30 nutrition challenge and was finally able to lose 12.5 lbs! Just started up with FB Fit R2 and continuing my healthy food choices.
It turns out eating right and exercising really works!
