FB Strong Day 23- **March Challenge**

Hello March warriors~

Welcome to DAY Twenty-THREE of our challenge (to stay accountable and consistent in exercising during March)!

I hope everyone enjoyed their workout today :) I noticed day 22 had this opening line: "Welcome to the last week of FB Strong! Keep your motivation going; now is a great time to plan for your next program. Or, you can repeat this one for free, until you need a new challenge. "

I don't know about y'all, but I would hate to lose the momentum we've built together! Does anyone else besides me have a plan to start a program in April?

Here's my plan:

1) I'd like to start April 5th, so as to legitimately call it an "April Challenge" and give more time for people to potentially see it and hop on board.

2) I'll go through and complete the few Strong videos I missed to get the maximum from the program and either schedule some videos for April 2-3rd that I wanted to try, or do something outside if it's nice.
