How do you deal with days of fatigue with autoimmune disorders

How do you cope with bad days when you have autoimmune disorders? How do you know when to push or when to stop? I have JIA/JRA. I’ve had it since I was 9 months old and I still don’t know these answers. I was able to squat for the first time 5 years ago. I’m 31 now. I have days where I’m so tired that I skip workouts and then the inactivity breeds more inactivity. Then my joints get worse from not moving. How do you balance this? How do you not feel guilty? I lose weight then I gain a little back but I’ll lose it again. Is it the way you look at exercise that helps?
