I'm glad I decided to do this in-between programs "break", doing stretching and flexibility videos. It's given me a chance to really rest from working out while not completely abandoning exercise. Today's video was rather dull but it felt very good. Thanks Kelli!
Also I took my after pic today, not expecting to see much improvement (dkw) but was pleasantly surprised to see some. Booty is rounder and higher, and abs are improving too. I'm looking forward to seeing even more progress with them after I complete FB Abs, which I start next week. I'll keep it up! 😁
