FB during Covid Quarantine

Hi I'm Alessia, I'm Italian and I have been in quarantine due to Coronavirus in my flat for 8 days.

During this hard period, fortunately I keep working from home, just to ensure my mental health, but I'm starting to feel tired especially in the legs, because I'm spending a lot of time seated or lying in bed (I do very few steps during the day).

Since I believe this period will not end soon and easily, I decided to set my Quarantine goals with Fitnes Blender.

In the past I already tried FB Programs and I found them super and very very effective, but lately I couldn't find the time to do exrecises.

Ta- daah!

Now I have more time and a clear goal and motivation, so I will start from next Monday.

My goal is to keep healthy, fit and maybe loose some kilos.

I chose "FB 30 - Round 2" program.

So, let's take this strange period as a chance to improve my health!

06 April update:

24th day of Quarantine..... and I'm going to start the 3rd week of FB30R2!

I'm so happy about it.... And I'm not alone... also my boyfriend takes part in this journey with me!

Keep on going! :D

FB30R2: PROGRAM COMPLETE!!!!!
