The title of that workout speaks for itself - it was insane indeed! No doubt I had to modify a lot: I didn’t do full star jumps and jumping lunges. Lizard hops, of course. BUT! I managed to do kickthroughs for the first time for all the intervals! 👍 I am so happy! And I managed a full push-up! It is a huge accomplishment for me since I was never able to do full push-ups! 💪
I am happy and exhausted, almost 600 calories burnt!
Just 2 days left before the vacation! Yay! 😁
