Burn baby burn

So for the last month or so, I have been doing a lot of strength training but I've forgotten to switch up some of routines. On Tuesday I did my favourite bodyweight upper body workout, and today I decided to do some lower body pilates……..and boy did I forget how much pilates BURNNNN.

It reminded me that switching up training styles is important to a workout routine and I think that next week, I will do some kickboxing again and focus on a few more bodyweight routines.
