Flu got my Feb off to a bad start

So a few days ago I challenged myself to doing a workout a day for the month of Feb. Well I got through the first 2 days but then got hit with a bad cold/flu. : ( Not a single part of my body was ready to get up to do anything, let alone a workout. Feeling better now and ready to continue with my challenge, MINUS a few days. LOL!
