Self-isolation - keep moving!

Unfortunately due to recent events and advice, my housemate and I are self isolating for two weeks. We’re both fine health wise, just some symptoms of temperatures so we’re following the advice to stay at home.

My main concern - how to make sure I keep moving enough... it’s a small flat on the second floor (neighbours below). I’m already following low impact round 2 and will continue working through it, but I also want to keep myself moving more throughout the day.

Could we maybe make a list of favourite 5-15 min quick workouts that have the main aim of getting away from a desk and moving for a bit of a shake up?
