Sleep is for the weak, no time for that when you're blasting Juke Box Hero by Foreigner. How's it going, Blenders? Technically I'm about to talk about yesterday's workout at this point, Details.
Ten minutes of cardio with Kelli as a warmup, and then right into the same style of workout as I described last time.
Ten minutes of shoulder work, ten minutes of hips and glutes, and ten minutes of triceps. Circuit style, minimal to no rest in between exercises and muscle groups.
How does one keep going at that pace, you ask? With the assistance of Stryper, Shaman's Harvest, and Heilung. =D
