FB Strong Day 17 - **March Challenge**

Hello March warriors~

Welcome to DAY 17 of our challenge (to stay accountable and consistent in exercising during March)!

So I figured why I wasn't feeling super awesome- I was taking all my multivitamins, zinc, vitamin C, etc without enough food! (I tend to be a little sensitive to all that LOL) So mystery solved - yay!

Also these workout videos make me feel really good after. I'm not as exhausted... although i do them right before bedtime because there's less temptation to feel I deserve another treat/snack/meal :D
