Hello, everyone! Kicked off my Monday with a kick in the butt.

Getting right to the point - I worked out. Pretty hard.

Ten minutes of high intensity cardio, ten minutes of dumbbell/bodyweight chest work, ten minutes of dumbbell/bodyweight legs, and ten minutes of bicep work. All done circuit style with very little rest in between rounds.

All this as part of a 30 day plan with alternating muscle groups split into chest/shoulder/traps, quads/glutes/calves/ and bicep/triceps/forearms. This is done with timed intervals which will increase in total rounds every seven days, which means for the first week alone I'm looking at close to 35-40 minutes of working out, with that going steadily up close to 50-55 towards the end of the 30 days.

I also got a haircut recently, and am celebrating this intensity with a sizzling new selfie. So, how is everyone else doing?
