I decided to start FBSweat in the middle of exam time (any other students out there?). Today was day 1 and I loved it! This is the first time I did this strength and HIIT routine and I've also added the 10 min butt and thigh to get a good burnout :)
But me being the clumsy person I am when I wanted to really push myself during the HIIT portion I ended up twisting my ankle 7 mins in. And so I had to follow the low impact the rest of the way through because jumping was slightly painful :( But hopefully it's just minor. I can't wait for day 2 it looks fun!
