So...I pulled my tendon...need advice~

This morning I stepped off the curb wrong and my ankle bent the wrong way. I fell and heard a crack. Thankfully, it’s a pulled tendon and nothing is broken. Still....I was hoping to do the March 2 week challenge next week since I finish FB30R2 today...but now, I can’t 😭. I’m ordered to rest my ankle as much as possible.

I’m planning to do mostly Pilates for my lower body days and lots of core and upper body workouts. I was looking for any other suggestions from those who’ve had similar experiences to mine. Did you manage to stay active? I don’t want to let this injury keep me down (uh...in a figurative sense...I literally have to stay down 😅). I need to keep exercising and not let myself lose all the hard work I’ve accomplished so far!
