Grateful from the lockdown zone ( 🇮🇹 )

Good morning everyone! I've been working out with FB for four years now, but I'm understanding - now more than ever - the importance of accessible exercises, of well-rounded routines, and the massive job Kelli and Daniel are doing. I'm reserving this post to thanks them: you guys are giving a huge help to the lockdown zones' citizens, a huge help to their health. Unfortunately it's not so easy to have a walk around here, unless you have a dog, and for a universitary student (we are following online lessons, we need to stay on a chair for a long time, without the chance to move a lot) that's not a good point for the body, and for the mind.

Just a sugary post but I was feeling it. Thank you!
