Day 3 is good. Is weird my right leg really felt burning and shaking I used my 35lbs and dropped to 20lbs, but my left leg feels ok. I set up my apple watch with myfitnesspal and told me to adjust to 1900 calories to 1700. I’m not stable with the 35lbs on my lunges and bicep curls so I’ll wait to get stronger before I upgrade my weights. In the clean and press I’m finding it hard to pick up the dumbbells on the floor so I just do regular squats.and switch hands.
