Just 10 minutes

So recently I've had a cold which makes it an absolute pain to be able to do bodyweight workouts and today I needed to do an upper body workout. Like I just mentioned, bodyweight is an absolute no go at the moment so I decided to continue using my weights like I have for the last couple of weeks and also pilates is not a good idea too for my runny nose and my current stomach pain I have been dealing with. I have also been quite tired this week so I though hey why not do a 10 min workout instead and I'm glad I did!! I absolutely love 10 min workouts because they are such a time saver and I use them to make my own routine.
