Non-Scale Victory!

Hey lovely Blenders :)

I don't post very often, but this one I just wanted to share!

I'm doing FB Bodyweight Round 2 at the moment, and today on Day 9, I did this one: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/no-equipment-upper-body-and-cardio-kickboxing-workout

And there are 50 seconds of arm circles in there, and I went through them just fine! My shoulders burned quite a bit at the end, but I could have gone longer! I struggled with this exercise for quite long, so I'm really proud of seeing and feeling the progress here :)
