Oh my gosh...

On Monday I decided to do a couple of Kelli's 10 minute butt and thigh workouts, which included the one using resistance bands.

I was clumsy with the band around my calves, stopping a couple of times to readjust the tension. By the time the 10 minutes were up, I wasn't impressed with the workout at all. How is this going to be effective, I thought?

Well, let me tell you....the muscle soreness I've had since tuesday is REAL.

Needless to say, this one is going in my favourites!
