Taking it easy

Hello all,

I have unfortunately been suffering from some pains in my stomach and at this time it is slowly starting to get better. At the moment I have just been focusing on arm and lower body work so I do not make the pain any worse and I've managed to do this with no problem.

When I feel ready for this I would like to attempt Daniel's lower back and core rehab work out that was released not long ago. Has anyone attempted this workout and how did it make you feel? Obviously it will be different for every person but a little insight would be nice :)
