🌸SIF🌹Accountability Group -- Week 2: Monday, March 9
Good morning, everyone!
I wanted to tell you all how pleased I am with the discussion on Saturday! The quality and amount of discussion that is already circulating this group are awesome! I am so proud of each one of you. Thank you for sharing your victories and struggles with us 😊
Today, I want to focus on the word and concept of CONSISTENCY.
Consistency is the bread and butter of reaching any goal and succeeding in what you do. Personally, I tend to start great habits which slowly begin to dwindle as the weeks go by, They dwindle and disappear usually due to overthinking and living too much in my own head -- versus getting things done no matter what I have going on.
I heard somewhere that, "The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen."
Though it's best to try our best during our workouts and nutrition habits, quitting or not showing up should never take place of consistency.
Even if you don't have that strong workout in you today, don't just skip it! Modifying = consistency.
And even though you may not have the ingredients on hand to make a gourmet meal, don't just order takeout. Simple, clean eating = consistency.
Just BE CONSISTENT. Show up. Eat rice and eggs if that's all you have at the moment. But don't talk yourself out of walking that consistent pathway.
Love to all, and here's to a successful, CONSISTENT second week!
