New FB Plus feature: 2 Week Challenge now available

Good morning everyone!

How was your weekend? We had a really nice Saturday. Turned off the news for a little while, treated ourselves to a date in and allowed ourselves to really relax. We needed it!

We've just launched our newest FB Plus feature. If you're an FB Plus member, you'll find it waiting for you under your "Programs" tab on your dropdown tab. If you're not a member, you can check out the new feature on the Workout Programs page.

What is the newest feature? It's our first ever FB Plus 2 Week Challenge! Enjoy this unique challenge throughout the month of March.

Similar to our programs, these are carefully built plans that challenge you with a different workout video every day. We'll provide everything you need for a smart workout; warm up, training, and cool down. Workouts are 37 minutes on average, 5 days a week with an optional 6th day that focuses on recovery.

Training styles include weight lifting, HIIT, functional strength, cardio & flexibility work.
