So... Lasr week I had my wisdom tooth pulled out. Boy oh boy that was painful. The roots were hook-like so they had to break my tooth into multiple parts in order to pull it out. I took a couple of days off working out and I only did lower impact/pilates/yoga workous, because anything that makes my face flush causes a great amount of discomfort. I went to my golfing course on Saturday, as usual, so I still was able to squeeze in some sort of movement. I hope I will be able to resume my program soon! I am in the middle of doing my second round of low impact.
Also, the region where I live is shutting down because of the corona virus, so the overall morale is not very high.
I hope everything will turn out to be well and that they don't shunt down everything in the following 2 days, because I have to go to the dentist to get my stitches removed.
I hope everyone else is doing well! Do you have any workout suggestion for me? Something that will not bust too much my heart rate up
