workout complete. both videos new to me. glad i chose beginner version. wish there were different programs targeted by workout levels as well as type. maybe, low impact fb30, or killer fb30 (yes Daniel, that would be exclusively for those level 5 killers of yours!) It would be nice to have little thumb nails of modifications to make some moves low impact. In a new workout, sometimes they catch me off guard and i feel as though my workout suffers as i stutter trying to work out a modification.
