Fbfit: complications, go further/start over?

Hello, can somebody help me out?

Three weeks ago i fell of my bike, because of that ive had a big wound on my leg.

I couldn't work out because of the pain until now because my wound is healed. I've tried to workout but my wound got worse.

I dont know if i should go further with my fbfit program or start again? (after 3 weeks without fb workouts)
