Baby got Back

From baby abs to that booty finally poppin.. I feel some days that my workouts aren’t doing anything or that my progress is sooooo slooowwwwww. I decided to ditch the scale and just go on how I’m feeling which I FEEL amazing! I hope this can prove to be motivating for at least one person to just keep on keepin on!! This is one round of fb burn.. 1 round fb abs and booty.. 1 round fb abs and booty round 2 plus some extra strength sets on days where the workouts didn’t seem enough on their own. ** However I have also been with fitness blender for 4 years now so My progress isn’t just 3 months I just recently got started with their plans, consistently** Happy Blending everyone!!
