The importance of recovery


I saw this link on Facebook and wanted to share. K and D consistently advise us to not overtrain and to dedicate time for recovery. This article talks about that, and it specifically mentions the problem with stress (coupled with overtraining) . Take a look and maybe offer your opinions! Just thought this is a nice way to emphasize working out for health and to treat or bodies right; also, try to live life not stressing about every little thing -a big goal of mine actually 😅
