Finished FB BURN AND tooth extraction moved till monday so I’m gonna work till sunday and try the 1000 calorie workout. The weights disagree, but I saw my doctor today, and he is complimenting me on how my body looks leaner, thinner and healthier and I think thats better that what any scale says.
