Strong week 2 complete!

Posting to say how happy I am to have made it through Strong week 2 💪🏻

This is my first program. After strength training at home on my own for several weeks to try to regain some muscle mass, I discovered FB in January. Going through a program, instead of choosing each workout on my own, takes me out of my comfort zone on some days. Week one was a big challenge and I had to take a couple extra rest days, but I've gotten my second wind and week 2 was a joy... even if my muscles are still sore!
