Junky workout complete

Today was upper body for bored easily. I'm smarter than this and should have known I needed to do a different workout because my arms and upper back were sore from the last upper body workout... so my workout sucked.

BUT I've worked out 4 days in a row this week and my food has been on point. So I'm proud of my week so far!

Taking the rest of the day off from school, chores, and other things to rest a little.
