FB Strong Day 4 - **March Challenge**

Hello March warriors~

Continuing on with DAY 4 of our challenge to stay accountable and consistent in exercising during March!

I found this cute black cat picture. I wish I could run like this black kitty and look as regal doing it! No matter, I'm proud of us for having finished one more step in that journey.

It was definitely my 10% day - but I thought of every one of us holding each-other accountable, and determined I would not be slacking... *oh no, not todaaay!* :) So I jumped ahead by a few days completed the end of week video: "Relaxing Stretching Workout for Flexibility and Stress Relief ..." It was fantastic! The stretching and relaxation (and some extra cups of water) helped my headache subside, and I feel a bit better now. I'm so thankful for this!

Out of curiosity, what other FB exercise programs have you tried and enjoyed in the past, and why?
