Pilates is a great style of exercise for toning the muscles to improve their shape and feel. This Pilates workout is designed to focus specifically on the legs, though there are only a few Pilates exercises that don't also target the core muscles.

Don’t let the word “tone” fool you, however, the exercises in this video force you to keep multiple muscles contracted for an extended period of time and we give only a small break for rest before you must again contract some, if not all, of those same muscles.
