The best weight to lose

I saw a quote recently that said “The best weight to lose is the weight of other people’s opinions.” Now, that’s some weight loss I can strongly advise! Someone thinks you are “too muscular” or judges your diet and exercise, lose the weight of caring about their opinions. As long as you are healthy and happy, that is a weight you don’t need to burden yourself with. (Obviously if your habits are unhealthy and are hurting you or someone else, there are people you may need to listen to)
