Body might need a little rest now

Hey everyone,

so I've been working out the whole of January and February straight through every day without a single break except for my sundays.

I've been doing Abs Rounds 2 and Burn Round 2 and I've only started Blend this past Monday.

However my body feels like it's begging for a proper rest. I pulled a muscle somewhere in my hip and my whole body is aching. I can't move as fluently as I'm used to and something in my body tells me to take it easy.

I am a week off work from next Monday on so I thought it might be a good chance to actually use that time as a holiday and slow the excersice down a little. I'm hoping that after that week my body will feel much better and I can give it even more effort.

As the weather is getting better here in Germany I'm considering starting to run again maybe 3 times next week.

Do you guys have experience on taking a rest and coming back stronger? What would you recommend doing?
