Quick weight loss tip!

So my gym just got a shiny new digital scale. I rarely weigh myself but this morning I did (early morning, haven’t had anything except a glass of water). Then I had my coffee, went to the toilet, did a short low impact workout, had about a total of a glass of water in between short breaks, then weighed myself again once I was done with my workout.

And guess what: I weighed 0.85kg (1.87lbs) less than my first weighing, losing that much in 35 minutes!!

I have long known that a single weighing result is not a reliable indicator of health, fitness, or even appearance. But now I know my 💩 weighs nearly a kilogram(!!), it feels even more absurd to worry about weight (except in cases where it has medical basis, of course).
