February was an improvement!

Here is my Feb calendar which might not look perfect to you, but I'm really proud! I had a lot more workout completes than January! I'm looking forward to challenging myself to get even more blue check marks in March!

I also want to use March to focus on my eating habits. I've barely noticed any change in my physical appearance since January but I haven't been the most diligent with my food either.
