FB Fit Round 2 Daily Update, Feb 29: Bye bye, February! See you next year! Let March begin! 💪🏼

Hello, FB family!

How are you? Are you working out today or resting? Both are veryyy important things to do! 😊

For me, I am almost done with Fit Round 2. Today was a total body strenght and hiit workout, a short total body strenght workout and the 7 minutes scientific workout as an EC 💪🏼 so, it was a pretty sweaty workout day for sure!

Tomorrow will be a more relaxing yoga/pilates workout for the core and back health 😊

I think I am going to start the original Fit program at the end of April. I really enjoyed this one, so I want to give that on a try!

So, February is over!!! Can you believe it? This year just started and we are almost already on March!? 😱

Anyways, how did you February go? Did you do a program or your own thing?
