Ankle sprain

I went to the orthopedic yesterday after falling down the stairs on Monday and found out I have a severe ankle sprain. This means 6 WEEKS without workouts. The doc said it could take longer because it’s harder to know when a sprain is healed.

I’ve avoided all fitness related content because the depression is real. What do all of you do to keep from going crazy when you can’t exercise??? I’m not one of those people that dread it either, I love exercise.

I know I can still do upper body workouts. I can still technically walk (with a brace ofc), but it’s hard to get the motivation for that when you have to rest most of the day and you never know when that ankle is going to tell you to stop!

Injuries suck!
