When do you workout? If it's in the morning, what is your routine? I work evening shift so I like to get my workouts in before work. I also eat breakfast first. My struggle is after eating and while letting my food settle I tend to drag my feet to get my workout done. I always feel better after getting it done but I need ideas to break my bad habit of wanting to snuggle on the couch and some times falling asleep. What can I do to break this habit?
