Tough AM #workoutcomplete

I am a habitual evening workout person, but yesterday I got busy prepping for my weekend trip that I got up early and knocked out a core + cardio with Kelli this morning. It was soooo much harder than it would have been in the evening! Props to all of you AM Blenders!

I chose to not eat anything beforehand since it was a relatively lower impact workout (no weights) and I don’t feel hungry until later, so perhaps that had something to do with it. Or maybe my body isn’t as warmed up as it is after a day of work and walking around the office. I don’t know, but I feel fulfilled getting my #workoutcomplete done soooo early!
