FB BURN and REACH

DAY 17 1 more week and I’m done with the program. This total body workout really burns, and I’m just using my light and medium weights. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, I feel good I’m seeing great improvements with my body and my weight increase by .3 kilos. I’ll just go and copy @KellyS and not track not weigh myself for a month and just be mindful of what I am eating. This weighing is just stressing me out.
