#workoutcomplete and NSV

just finished up a bored easily HIIT and strength session with Kelli, and I am feeling fab!!

I was a bit down earlier as I haven’t really been able to see or measure any progress after 8 weeks of consistent workouts. The scale isn’t budging. My clothes fit the same.

But today during my workout I noticed that my arms are looking more shapely rather than flabby, and I will carry this with me when bad body image hits!
