This was brutal!

Wow I didnt realise how much kelli lifts in this workout video! I tried to do the same on some parts and I was feeling the burn like crazy I loved it!! But oh my them lateral raise and cross made it feel like my arms were going to fall off haha it was crazy! On the second round of doing them I did them without weights and still burned like crazy! This is going into my favourites for upper body workouts! Let's just say my arms are going to be very sore tomorrow! Workout complete 💪
