Tougher than it looks!

I'm doing independent videos for awhile and came across this one:

I started out with 5 lb weights but quickly lowered that to 3lb and then to 2lbs. And that was round one!

I started round 2 with 3lb weights and lowered that to 2lb weights.

Watatow! Nice, quick and effective workout. Highly recommend!!
